American Staffordshire Terrier - Beth - Medium - Adult - Female
Beth was rescued from a situation where she was tethered and intentionally starved to half her normal body weight. She has some history of aggression toward dogs. But Beth is currently spending time daily playing with large groups of dogs she does not know and learning to trust them. Beth is sweet, loving and affectionate with humans. Also very obedient and beautiful. Beth is short and stocky weighing about 50 pounds. We are constantly stopped when walking her by people wanting to breed or who just love pit bulls. Beth is looking for a local owner with leadership skills and a big heart. Beth will come with a free, but required, monthly play day at our facility to make sure she stays social with dogs. Anyone interested in Beth to make yourself look tough, or to try to use her for fighting; please do not waste your time or ours by inquiring.Beth is spayed, micro chipped, heart worm free and on preventative, UTD on all shots, housebroken, crate trained, has great obedience skills Update: Beth is doing great. She plays daily in a group of 20-30 dogs wearing muzzle. If it comes off she comes to us to have it put back on. She has finally learned to trust. Beth is very obedient and very sweet.
